We are undertaking a major renovation of the Lodge, a key part of our 140-year
history. Our home at 804 Castle Point Terrace has served over 1,200 brothers,
fostering lifelong friendships and leadership development. Now 120 years old,
our Lodge faces significant issues in outdated core systems and structural
challenges. Pre-renovation work, including asbestos removal, concluded last
summer. The renovation project began in January 2025 and is moving at a rapid

pace. The renovation cost will exceed $2 million and will still have significant
gaps to fill in funding this project. The project will address critical updates to
plumbing, electrical systems, fire safety, and HVAC, as well as enhance living
spaces to meet modern standards. This renovation is crucial for maintaining the
Lodge as a competitive and functional living space for future generations of Chi
Psi brothers.
